Multiple Extrusion lines ranging in size from 2.5” up to 3.5”, the majority of the lines are 3.5”. Multiple co-extruders ranging in size from 1.250” up to 2.5”. All extrusion machines are part of a rigorous extensive preventative maintenance plan that ensures all screws and barrels are able to produce the highest quality profiles and tubing. Vacuum calibration tables on all lines. Multiple high-speed coilers that can handle reels weighing up to 1,500 lbs. and many coreless coiling options.
